    Positions we currently staff include:

  • Site Management
  • Aircrew
  • A&P Mechanics
  • Avionics Technicians
  • Munitions Technicians
  • Flight Line Supply Technicians
  • Plans and Scheduling Technicians
  • Ground Support Equipment Technicians
  • Payload and exploitation specialist
  • FLEX employees work only while they deployed or in a training status.
  • While working at our deployment locations employees receive additional deployment compensation.
  • Employees in this role enjoy a FLEX deployment rotation schedule while maintaining a full benefits package.
  • Since you are not punching in and out every day you can live anywhere across the continental United States and only work about 60% of the year.
